Handling time is excluded in the shipping time.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time/Production Time + Shipping Time

2. We can ship to any P.O boxes and APO/FPO address by Postal Office. But delivery time is longer. So we encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address.
